PROJECT PURPOSE AND GOAL

The main purpose of this project is to redesign the complaint web and admin complainant platform to effectively manage and handle complaints received by users, and also to make the websites more aesthetically appealing and easy-to-use .

PROBLEMS AND THOUGHT PROCESS

The previous website was lacking aesthetically. The UI and user experience was below par. The company was tasked with redesigning the entire website, and also making it responsive for mobile view. New features were added to the projects such as complaint dashboard, user management dashboard; where complainants and insurance companies can track, send and resolve complaints.

WEB STACK AND EXPLANATION

Next.Js has functionalities used in building static and dynamic websites, and its relationship with React libraries and framework makes it the perfect choice for this project.

LESSON LEARNED

Throughout the course of this project, I gained valuable work experience which improved my knowledge about the implementation of logics, broader understanding about Next.Js, React Query, and how the Insurance portal works.
